In order to provide the highest quality products for our customers, we are very selective when we purchase items. The better you prepare your items, the more you will receive as a purchase offer. Clothing must be freshly laundered and laid flat or gently folded in a tub or tote. No hangers, please.
Sproutfitters purchases new and gently used boys’ and girls’ clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, baby equipment, and baby essentials from preemie through size 20. We do not buy cribs, other furniture, housewares or car seats. We love brands like Kyte Baby, Kate Quinn and Nike!
Revolve purchases men’s, women’s and maternity clothing, accessories, shoes and purses from XXS to size 5X. We love luxury purses, activewear, and athletic shoes!
We do NOT purchase items with the following:
- Holes, tears, rips, or snags
- Stains, smudges
- Missing buttons or zippers
- Odors associated with smoke or pets
- Items that have been altered
- Items without visible sizing
- Items we feel are not appropriate
- Outdated items regarding fashion/patterns. We prefer items that have been purchased within the last 3-5 years or less.
HOW IT WORKS:
No appointment necessary! Stop in at your convenience to drop off your order in totes no larger than 18-gallon size. We currently have a two tote limit per order. We do NOT accept items brought in bags. We’ll ask if you want your unpurchased items returned or donated.
On a first come first served basis, your order will be processed and you’ll be texted an offer. We purchase based upon brand name, quality and condition of your items. Processing times vary, but three to five days is typical. We ask that you accept or decline your offer when you receive the text. Please call with questions about your offer.
Once you accept your offer, we own your items. Any items we were unable to purchase may be returned to you along with your totes. Please plan to pick up your return items within 24 hours. If you decided to donate your items, we still return your tote to you.
We pay cash when you pick up your return items and totes. Store credit, which never expires, is applied to your account
